Thank you for taking the time to look over the policies I have now put in place below. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Booking Policy

All orders must be placed at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
A £20 deposit is required at the point of booking. Please note orders are not confirmed without a deposit.
Rush orders (less than 5 days’ notice) may be accepted with an added fee, based on availability.
Please disclose any food allergies at the time of ordering.

The remaining balance after your deposit is due 7 days before pickup.
I offer bank transfer or card payment as a method of payment. Unfortunately I can no longer accept cash on collection.
Cake toppers and any extras such as artificial flowers have an added fee that will be added to your total. Costs will be advised at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 2 weeks of your collection/delivery date.
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance can be credited towards a future order, meaning your deposit will carry forward.
Cancellations within 4 days of pickup will not receive a credit or refund.

Pickup is from my home address, which will be provided at the time of booking. Planned time slots for pickup will be provided.
Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window.
I am not responsible for any damages after the cake has left my possession.
I offer free delivery within Thirsk only. The delivery time will be agreed a week before the delivery date.
If collecting, always hold the box from the base. I provide a full cake care guide with your cake.
